摘要: 用水性丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物质,氨基树脂为固化剂,制备了性能优良的预油漆纸用水性涂料,研究了配方中氨基树脂及丙烯酸类型、氨基 /丙烯酸质量比以及烘烤温度对涂料固化性能的影响。固化后漆膜的耐干热性能、耐湿热性能、硬度、附着力及耐液性能均达到标准要求。红外光谱表征了漆膜固化前后分子结构及其变化,DSC研究了该水性涂料发生固化反应的温度范围。

Abstract: The title waterborne coatings with excellent property used for finished paper was prepared by using acrylic emulsion as major film -former and melamine resin as curing agent. Effects of melamine and acrylic resin types, melamine/ acrylic mass ratio in the coatings formulation and baking temperature on performance of coatings film were investigated. It was observed that dry heat resistance, wet heat resistance,hardness, adhesion and stain resistance all meet standard requirements. FT-IR was used to characterize the molecular structure changes of coatings before and after curing. DSC study indicated the temperature range,when curing reaction occured for the waterbased coatings.
