水包水多彩涂料的制备

摘要: 纤维素醚可以和无机盐形成不溶体系,以羟乙基甲基纤维素(HEMC)和膨润土的混合制剂制备分散相,以硫酸铝和多氯化铁的混合制剂作保护胶液来制备水包水多彩涂料。实验中用添加纤维素和焦磷酸钠的方法解决了铁离子虽保护性好但有染色性的问题,同时也使保护胶液的pH不至于过低;用乳液和聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液制备清漆作为第二连续相,提高了涂料的仿真度,最终使得涂料的成粒效果及稳定性大大提高。

Abstract: This article aimed to prepare a water-in-water(W/W) multicolor coatings with granulation effect and high stability based on that cellulose ether and inorganic salt could form insoluble system, the mixture of methyl 2-hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEMC) and bentonite was used as dispersed phase and the aluminum sulfate and ferric chloride as protective colloid. Cellulose and sodium pyrophosphate were used to solve the dyeing problem of iron ions while was good for protection, as well as maintain the pH value of protective colloid without decresing. Emulsion and PVA solution was used as a second continuous phase to improve the degree of simulation the grain effect and system stability.
