环氧大豆油-乳酸改性水性聚氨酯乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、大豆油(SOY)、乳酸(LA)为主要原料合成了水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU)。通过红外分析(FT-IR)的手段对环氧大豆油-乳酸多元醇的结构进行了表征;利用透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及拉伸力学性能测试等方法探讨了水性聚氨酯乳液的形态、稳定性及其涂膜的耐热性能和机械性能。结果表明:利用环氧大豆油-乳酸开环聚酯多元醇合成的水性聚氨酯乳液具有良好的稳定性,粒子形态均一,乳液流平所制得的涂膜耐热性能及力学性能优异。

Abstract: The title waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared from isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), soybean oil(SOY)and lactic acid( LA). The structure of epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)-lactic polyol was characterized.The morphology and stability of emulsion and heat resistance and mechanical performance of film were studied by FT-IR, TEM, TGA, DSC and tensile strength test. The results showed that the WPU emulsion performed excellent stability, uniform particle size and the emulsion film displayed excellent comprehensive properties, especially thermal properties and mechanical properties after the introducing of ESO-LA.
