摘要: CNAST0527能力验证的统计结果表明,当前我国相关实验室间溶剂型木器涂料中可溶性铅、铬重金属含量检测结果的差异很大。结合实验室反馈的原始记录、问卷调查以及实验研究,分析了涂膜涂布方式、涂膜厚度、干燥方式与时间、粉碎方式与颗粒大小、萃取溶液酸度、搅拌方式及搅拌频率以及测试仪器种类、仪器条件设置、标准曲线绘制等因素对检测结果的影响,并分别提出了建议。研究指出:前处理过程各环节方法不统一是检测结果产生差异的主要原因,建议实验室研究制定与标准相应的详细的前处理作业指导书,提高检测结果的一致性。

Abstract: According to the statistic results of Proficiency Testing Program of soluble Pb, Cr content in solvent based coatings for woodenware (CNAS T0527), there is obvious discrepancy between relevant labs.Based on the original records, questionnaires collected from the labs and inner -laboratory research, a number of factors that influence the test results were analyzed, which included the brush-painting method, film thickness, drying method and time, grinding method, particle size, pH of extraction solvent, stirring methods and speed, and instrument, etc. Finally corresponding suggestions were proposed. It's pointed out that the discrepancy of the results was mainly caused by discordant process of sample pretreatment. Therefore, it's very necessary to formulate Standard Operation Procedure(SOP)and detailed operation instruction for improving consistency of testing results between labs.
