负载型二氧化钛的制备与性能结构研究

摘要: 采用活性催化剂载体 γ-Al2O3负载二氧化钛制备光催化剂。采用溶胶 -凝胶法得到负载型的 TiO2,在 450°C下煅烧得到最终样品。研究了不同 γ-Al2O3 负载量的光催化剂对甲基橙的降解效果,并对其进行了 FT-IR、 XRD、EDS、TG、SEM、FESEM等表征。结果表明:煅烧后的样品 TiO2 表面负载有 γ-Al2O3,TiO2 晶相主要以锐钛矿相 和金红石相存在,随着 γ-Al2O3负载量的提高,金红石的比例越来越少,主要以锐钛矿相存在,但 γ-Al2O3负载量过 高时,锐钛矿相特征趋于消失。通过对比不同负载比例的光催化剂降解效果,得出最佳催化效果的 γ-Al2O3 负载量 为 20% ~25%,过高地负载 γ-Al2O3 会对紫外光线产生遮挡作用,影响光降解率。

Abstract: Photocatalyst was prepared by loading of the active catalyst carrier y-Al2O3 or TiO2.The load type titanium dioxide was prepared by sol-gel method, which was calcined under high temperature of 450 ℃ to form the final product. The effect of different loading of y-Al2O3 carrier on degradation of methyl orange was studied, which was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, EDS, TG, SEM and FESEM. The results showed that the calcined samples of titanium dioxide was loaded with,, and the crystal phase of TiO2 was almost in the form of anatase and rutile phase and with the nano-alumina loading increased, the ratio of rutile phase decreased, anatase phase increased. But when excessive y-Al2O3, was loaded, the anatase phase characteristics disappeared Comparison of the different load ratio photocatalyst, it was found that the best load ratio was about 20%~25%, the excessive alumina would block UV light and influence the photodegradation rate.
