摘要: 从倡导室内表面建筑材料向功能化、生态化和无害化发展的角度出发,介绍了相变材料、调湿材料和光催化材料 3 种功能材料的特性,及其在室内表面建筑材料中应用的现状,探讨了目前室内表面功能建筑材料研究中存在的不足及局限性,并对今后的研究、应用及发展方向提出了建议和期望。

Abstract: As viewed from the development of functionality, ecological and harmless performance of building materials for indoor surface of buildings, this article introduces the characteristics and application status of three kinds of function materials such as phase change materials, humidity controlling material and photocatalytic material, meanwhile, discusses the problems of building functional materials for indoor surfaces, and puts forth the suggestion and expectation thereon.
