摘要: 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备杂化防护涂层是一项绿色环保的表面处理技术,前驱体经水解和 缩聚反应后,形成的涂层在较薄的厚度下即可显著提升基材的耐腐蚀性等综合性能。 文中介绍了该 项技术的原理及特点,并综述了溶胶-凝胶杂化涂层在不同的基材——不锈钢、铝合金、碳钢、有机玻 璃、聚碳酸酯、混凝土、木材等表面的研究和应用进展,同时阐述了杂化涂层的防护机制并展望了其发 展方向。

Abstract: Protective hybrid coatings prepared by sol-gel method is an environmental- friendly and sustainable surface treatment technique. The coating derived from the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of precursors can dramatically improve the over-all properties of the substrate. This article summarizes the mechanism and advantages of the technique and discussed its research progress and application in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, PMMA,PC,meanwhile, describes the future development of the hybrid coatings. concrete and wood.
