涂料磨损对涂层织物性能的影响

摘要: 涂层作为一种织物用面料的后整理方式,近年来不断推陈出新,在当今国际市场上新产品层出不穷,涂层不仅能改善织物用面料的外观和风格,还能根据涂层的不同性能使织物具有防水、透气透湿及抗静电、抗紫外线等多种功能。本研究测试分析涂料的磨损对涂层面料性能的影响,对比了 PU涂层、PU涂白织物的各项性能及不同摩擦次 数后面料性能的变化。

Abstract: In recent years, coatings as a finishing technology for dress fabrics, have been renewed and new products are coming into today's international market. Coatings can not only improve the appearance and style of dress fabrics, but also provide multiple functions such as waterproof, vapor and moisture permeability, anti-static and antiultraviolet performance based on various characteristic of coatings. The influences of wearing of coatings on coatings performance were analysed, and performance of PU coated fabric as well as PU white coated fabric and the performance change of coated fabric after various wearing times were compared.
