摘要: 针对人们对生活质量和品质的追求,符合国家提倡的绿色节能标准,可装饰的稀土多功能化涂层研究广泛,应用前景广阔。文中对常见的稀土功能填料的制备及优缺点进行了总结,对其在荧光涂料、近红外反射涂料及抗菌涂料等功能性涂料中的作用机理和应用情况、研究现状及发展前景进行了阐述。报道显示,采用稀土制备的填料及近红外(NIR)反射涂层隔热性能突出,稀土特殊的电子结构和丰富的跃迁可提高涂层的发光及海洋抗菌防污作用,纳米材料和稀土的复配使用较为热门,但其作用机理和工艺手段仍待考评。最后梳理并分析了稀土对涂料性能的影响因素,建议今后优化制备处理流程,探究各组分相互促进的机理和性能,拓展稀土功能涂层的应用领域。

Abstract: Fillers,as the important part of functional coatings,had attracted widespread attention. Rare earth elements with high economic and strategic value not only had a variety of types but also had special electronic structures. They were used as fillers in functional coatings,demonstrated functionality and broad application prospects. This article summarized the preparation,advantages and disadvantages of common rare earth functional fillers,and elaborated on their mechanism of action,application status,research status,and development prospects in functional coatings such as fluorescent coatings,near-infrared reflective coatings, and antibacterial coatings. At the same time,the influence factors of rare earth on the properties of coatings were analyzed. The future development direction and challenges of rare earth in functional coatings were pointed out.
