摘要： 通过原材料的配套筛选和配方优化研制出一种性能优异的自流平乙烯基重防腐地坪涂料。讨论了乙烯基树脂、乙烯基色浆的种类和添加量、蜡液的种类和添加量、助剂等因素对最终涂膜外观及耐腐蚀性能的影响。所制得的乙烯基重防腐地坪涂料具有施工工艺简单、自流平效果好、高耐腐蚀性和良好的贮存性能。

Abstract: In this paper, one kind of self-leveling vinyl resin-based floor coating with heavy corrosion resistance was prepared on the basis of raw material selection and formulation optimization. Effect of different vinyl ester resins, different vinyl resin-based color pastes and their dosage, different paraffin wax dispersion and their dosage, and additives on the appearance and corrosion resistance performance of coating film were discussed. The self-leveling vinyl floor coating was featured by its convenient to apply, good self-leveling, excellent corrosion resistance and storage stabilitly.
