摘要： 在对大量船舶涂料性能检测数据结果进行整理和分析的基础上,利用模块化的功能设计方法,以VisualBasic 6.0为开发工具,以Access 2003为数据库平台,开发了船舶涂料性能综合测试评定管理系统。实现了对12大类船舶专用涂料的7类性能检测数据及评分结果的存储、查询和统计管理,用户可以对涂料各类性能检测结果进行加权计算,全面掌握各种涂料的综合性能,对新型船舶涂料产品的开发也有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Based on the collection and analysis of the test data of marine coatings performance, a management system for data of marine coatings was designed and established. Visual Basic 6.0 was used as the developing environment, and Access 2003 was used as the database platform. Seven categories of test data on twelve groups of marine coatings are saved in the system. By the system, users can understand the comprehensive performances of ship coatings by calculation of the weighted averages of the test data. The system provides mass information and friendly software interface, which is easy in operation. It is not only helpful to understand the synthetic performance of marine coating comprehensively, but also helpful for coatings maintenance on the surface of ships timely.It has practical guidance significance to the development of new marine coatings.
