超厚膜环氧重防腐涂料的耐中性盐雾性能研究

摘要: 分析了盐雾试验腐蚀机理,提出了一种新的试验划痕方式,对超厚膜(SHB)型重防腐涂料进行了耐中性 盐雾性能研究,并与国内外海洋环境下常用的几种重防腐涂料进行了比较,结果表明,超厚膜型重防腐涂料性能优异, 能够很好地满足海洋环境下的苛刻腐蚀条件。

Abstract: The article has analyzed the corrosion mechamism of salt salt spray test and proposed a novel scratch test method. SHB heavy duty coating was tested in neutral salt spray and compared with several com-monly used heavy duty coatings used under the marine environment. The result showed that SHB heavy duty coatings could met the rigorous corrosion condition of the marine environment with its excellent performance.
