摘要： 制备了双组分无溶剂聚氨酯地坪涂料，并研究了 ｎ（—ＮＣＯ）∶ｎ（—ＯＨ）、颜填料、吸水剂及催化剂对产品性能的影响。检测结果表明，该产品环保性能达到 ＧＢ１８５８１—２００１相关规定要求，理化性能优异，具有良好的强度、弹性和装饰效果，可自动流平，施工方便，能满足不同场所地坪铺装要求。

Abstract: A 2K solvent-free polyurethane floor coatings was prepared and the influence of NCO/OH value, pigment and filler, water absorbent and catalyst on product performance was discussed. The results indicated that the properties of the product can meet the technical specification of the standard of GB 18581-2001, and showed excellent physicochemical property such as high strength, flexibility, good deco-rative effect, self-leveling and convenient for application.
