摘要: 根据自由基聚合机理先合成不同比例的丙烯酸接枝环氧树脂,然后加入铁红、云母粉、磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝制备成漆料,最后加入聚酰胺树脂 650固化得到丙烯酸接枝环氧树脂的铁红底漆。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TGA)等对制备的丙烯酸 -环氧树脂及加聚酰胺树脂固化的丙烯酸 -环氧树脂进行分析测试,并通过仪器对涂膜的各项力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:改性后漆膜表现出优异的硬度、附着力、柔韧性、耐冲击性及优良防腐性能。

Abstract: An acrylic grafted epoxy resin was prepared by free radical polymerization at various ratio which was then mixed with iron oxide red, mica powder, zinc phosphate, aluminum triphosphate to prepare the vehicle. Finally, polyamide resin hardener was a added to formulate the title red primer. The acrylic resin grafted epoxy resin and the polyamide resin cured system were tested by using of infrared spectra(FR-IR) thermal analysis(TGA). Various mechanical properties of the primer were tested by instruments. It was indicated that the coating showed excellent properties, such as hardness, adhesion, flexibility, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
