摘要: 介绍了一种新型管道补口材料的研制及其生产、施工工艺。该材料具有优异的耐水性、防腐性及长期抗阴极剥离能力,与钢、PE、底漆钢有着良好的粘结力,只需要适度烘烤收缩在管口上,就可以产生良好的粘结密封性,可以用于在役输油气管线补口修复及新建管线补口。

Abstract: A kind of new heat -shrinkable and pressure-sensitive tape and its production and application were introduced in this paper. This tape as joint coating was featured by its excellent performance of water resistance, anti-corrosion and long term cathodic disbonding tolerance and adhesion to steel, PE and primer. Just applying it on the joint of pipes by proper heating, the tape could come into being joint coating with strong adhesion and tight sealing, which could be used in in-service or newly pipeline joints.
