摘要： 作为屋顶防水层的热塑性聚烯烃膜(TPO)在使用一段时间后,会出现老化和磨损现象,为此,研究开发了一种弹性屋顶涂料用于防止TPO基底外露。通过对新老TPO的附着力、机械性能以及耐沾污性测试发现,该涂料的性能优于对照样品丙烯酸涂料。该弹性涂料不仅可以保护屋顶膜,还有助于减小建筑物冷却负荷和城市热岛效应。

Abstract: The thermopolyolefine(TPO) as waterproofing roofing material will be aged or worn after a period of time, therefore, an elastic roofing coatings was developed to protect the TPO. The test results of adhesion, mechanical properties and contamination resistance showed its better performance than the acrylic blank sample. It could protect the TPO roofing material, as well as reduce the cooling load and the urban heat land effect.
