摘要: 分别采用人工海水浸泡试验、导电性测试、水汽渗透试验和中性盐雾试验等方法评价了 4种无机富锌涂层的耐腐蚀性,结果表明:不同方法得到的结果基本一致,鳞片型无机富锌涂料和无机磷酸盐富锌涂料具有良好的耐腐蚀性,而水性无机硅酸锌涂料和水性无机富锌涂料耐蚀性相对较差。电镜观察表明:鳞片型无机富锌涂料和无机磷酸盐富锌涂料中的锌粉结构均匀、排列致密,起到了良好的屏蔽及导电作用;而水性无机涂料中的锌粉大小、分布都不均匀,导致其保护效果降低。

Abstract:
The corrosion protective performance of four inorganic zinc-rich coatings were evaluated by using artificlal seawater Immersion conductivity, water vapor permeation and nentralized salt spray tests. The results showed that different tests gave similar results. However, flake and phospate inorganic zinc-rich coatings provided better corrosion protection, while waterborne inorganic silicate coatings and waterborne inorganic Zinc-rich coatings can only give limited corrosion protective performance. SEM observation indicated that zinc powder in flake and phosphate inorganic zinc-rich coatings shows uniform and dense structure,providing better barrier and conductivity. But the uneven particle and distribution of zinc powder in waterborne inorganic coatings led its performance down.
