摘要: 分别采用溶剂型涂料和水性涂料体系,考察了 NORSOKM-501循环腐蚀试验、ASTMB17盐雾试验、 ASTM5894循环腐蚀试验和单独的 ASTM5894盐雾试验对涂层的影响。结果表明,NORSOKM-501循环对底材的腐 蚀主要是缝隙腐蚀和物理作用,而 ASTM5894循环主要是物理作用和微酸性条件下的均匀腐蚀。

Abstract: By use of solventborne coatings and waterborne coatings,the influence of NORSOK M -501 cycli ccorosion test,ASTM B117salt spray test,ASTM 5894 cycli ccorosion test and ASTM 5894 salt spray test on coatings have been studied.It is found that corosion of NORSOK M -501 cyclic corosion test is contributed to seam corosion and physical action,but corosion of ASTM 5894 cyclic corosion test is based on physical action and uniform corosionin slightly acid,condition.
