外墙隔热涂料的功能填料掺量优化

摘要: 采用正交试验,优化阻隔型、反射型、辐射型三类功能填料的掺量,获得阻隔型、反射型、辐射型外墙隔热涂料的最佳配方。绝对温升、太阳反射比、半球发射率等性能测试表明,阻隔型、反射型外墙隔热涂料的隔热效果较好,辐射型隔热效果较差。

Abstract: The best formulations of the three thermal insulation coatings,heat barrier,heat reflective and heat radiative coating have been obtained through orthogonal experiments and optimization of functional fillers contents. The test results showed that the heat-insulating property of the heat-barrier thermal insulation coatings and the heat reflective thermal insulation coatings was superior to the radiative thermal Insulation coatings, in terms of the absolute temperature rise, solar reflection ratio and semisphere emissivity.
