摘要: 采用聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为基料,环己酮、甲基异丁基酮和 2-庚酮(MAK)为混合溶剂,三聚磷酸铝和磷酸锌、云母氧化铁红作为防锈颜填料,制备聚氨酯改性环氧树脂基防腐底漆,研究了基料、混合溶剂和防锈颜填料等因素对底漆防腐性能的影响。 利用红外光谱、接触角测试、机械性能测试、电化学交流阻抗谱、耐腐蚀介质测试、单因素和正交试验等方法检测底漆的防腐性能。 结果表明:混合溶剂质量比为5∶4∶1的清漆涂层阻抗为1.32×1010 Ω·cm2;颜基比(P/B)为0.8~0.9、三聚磷 酸铝与磷酸锌质量比为6∶4、厚度为75~90μm的色漆涂层阻抗高达2.1×1010 Ω·cm2,涂层电容低至 7.2×10-11 F / cm2 ;底漆具有优异的机械性能和防腐性能,能够满足石油储罐的防腐技术要求。

Abstract: A PU modified anticorrosive epoxy primer was prepared by using polyurethane modified epoxy resin as binder, cyclohexanone, methyl-isobutyl ketone and 2-heptan(MAK) as mixed solvent, and zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, micaceous iron oxide as anti-rust pigments/fillers. The influence of binder, mixed solvent and antirust pigments/fillers, etc. on the anticorrosive properties of primer was studied. The infrared spectroscopy, contact angle testing, mechanical testing, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,corrosion testing, single factor and orthogonal test, etc. were used to detect anticorrosive proper-ties of primer. The results showed that a topcoat comprising cyclohexanone, methyl-isobutyl ketone and 2-heptanone at a mass ratio of 5: 4 :1 gave its resistance 1.32x1010 Ω·cm2,and that a topcoat comprising aluminum tripolyphosph and zinc phosphate at a mass ratio of 6: 4, with its P/B=0. 8~0.9 and film thickness 75-90 um gave its resistance up to 2. 1x1010 Ω·cm2 and its capacitance down to 7.2x10-11 F / cm2; The primer had excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and could meet the anticorrosive requirements of oil tanks.
