紫外光固化绝缘漆的配方设计与性能研究

摘要: 设计正交试验得出紫外光固化(UV)绝缘漆基础配方,通过添加柔性低聚物、助剂等方式对基础配方调整优化,得到UV绝缘漆最终配方:环氧丙烯酸酯25 g、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯35 g、聚醚型聚氨酯5 g、HDDA为15 g、TPGDA为20 g、光引发剂184为7 g、附着力促进剂UF-602为1 g、流平剂BYK-333为0.1 g、消泡剂等其他助剂0.1~0.5 g,考察了UV绝缘漆的电性能、力学性能、耐热性和耐老化性能。结果表明:紫外光固化绝缘漆配方设计合理,固化工艺简单,力学性能优异,击穿强度可以达到57.15 kV/mm,耐热等级为E级,同时具备优良的耐老化性能。

Abstract: The basic formulation of UV-curing insulating coating was obtained by orthogonal test. The final formulation resulted from optimized formulation by adding flexible oligomer and additives is as follows: epoxy acrylate 25 g, polyurethane acrylate 35 g, poly(ether urethane)5 g, HDDA 15 g, TPGDA 20 g, 184 photoinitiator 7 g, UF-602 adhesion promoter 1 g, leveling agent 0. 1 g, other additives such as antifoaming agent is 0. 1 g~0.5 g. The electrical property, mechanical property, heat resistance and weatherability of UV insulating coatings were also discussed. Results showed that the final formulation was designed rationally, the curing process was simple, the breakdown strength could reach 57. 15 KV/mm, the heat insulation level was E with excellent weatherability.
