摘要: 从传热学机理出发,针对性地选用原材料,制备了一种集减少3种基本传热为一体,配套使用的底漆、面漆复合型保温节能功能涂料,探讨了功能填料用量对涂料性能的影响,检测了产品的基本性能。结果表明,该复合型涂料具有良好的隔热节能效果和施工使用性能,应用前景十分广阔。

Abstract: A kind of thermal-insulating and energy-saving composite coatings was prepared based on the heat transier mechanism, and selective raw materials, including primer and top-coatings, which eliminates three basic heat transfers models. The influence of functional filler dosage on the corresponding coatings properties were discussed. The basic properties of the products were tested. the results showed that the composite coatings has excellent heat-insulating and energy-saving performance, good application perormance and prospective future.
