水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料专用乳液的制备与研究

摘要: 成膜物对水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的综合性能起到重要的作用。本研究通过种子乳液聚合法合成了核壳型有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,并同时引入含有氨基的功能性单体,制备了水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料专用乳液。通过红外光谱和稳定性测试,表征了乳液的结构和稳定性;DSC测试确定乳液胶膜Tg为7.2 ℃,表明乳液具有较低的玻璃化温度和最低成膜温度;TGA测试确定乳液胶膜的热分解温度范围为300.0~440.0 ℃,表明乳液胶膜的分解温度与防火涂料的膨胀体系分解温度在同一范围内,两者可以达到协同作用。

Abstract:

Film former plays the key role in waterborne ultra-thin intumescent fireproof coating for steel  structures. This article has described the preparation of a core-shell silicone modifled acrylic emulsion by seed emulsion polymerization and a functional monomer of amino was in corporated in this polymerization.The structure of emulsion was characterized by FT-IR. The stability of the emulsion was tested. Tg of the emulsion film. determined by DSC, was 7.2 ℃, which proved that the emulsion has a lower Tg and minimum film forming temperature. Thermal degradation of emulsion film was investigated by TGA and the degradation temperature was 300. 0-440.0 ℃ which was in the same temperature range of intumescent fireproof coating system. Therefore, they have the synergistic effect in the intumescent system.
