摘要: 采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为交联单体,同时引入用于低温交联固化的乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯和具有抗闪蚀能力的磷酸酯功能单体,制备了一种低温固化的功能性苯丙乳液。用该乳液配制的水性防锈涂料综合性能良好,干燥速度快,漆膜耐腐蚀性好,解决了低温固化水性丙烯酸涂料漆膜交联不够,耐腐蚀性差、硬度低和干燥速度慢等问题。

Abstract:

A low temperature curing water-based anticorrosion functional styrene-acrylic emulsion has leveloped by vinylsiloxane as crosslinking monomer, AAEM as monomer curable at low temperature and phosphated as flash-rust resistant functional monomer. A water-based anticorrosion coating was prepared  base on the emulsion, with a good overall performance, fast drying, corrosion resistance, which has solved the problems of undercure, unsatislatory corrosion resistance, lower hardness as slow dry of the low temperature curing waterborne acrylic coatings.
