摘要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯二元醇(PCL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三乙胺(TEA)、乙二胺(EDA)、氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(AEAPPDMS)等为原料,采用二次自乳化法,合成系列含 PDMS侧链的改性水性聚氨酯(SiPU)。探讨了 AEAPPDMS含量对乳液粒径、黏度与涂膜耐水性、机械强度的影响。结果表明:改性后的水性聚氨酯综合性能良好,水性聚氨酯的主链上引入 PDMS侧链导致涂膜的吸水率显著下降。

Abstract:
A series of modified aliphatic waterborne polyurethane with PDMS side chain(SiPU) emulsions were synthesized from isophorne diisocyanate (IPDI), polycaprolactone (PCL), and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA), triethylamine(TEA), ethylenediamine(EDA), aminoethylaminopropyl polydimethtlsiloxane (AEAPPDMS ) by twice -self-emulsification method. The effect of AEAPPDMS content in modified PU on emulsion particle size, viscosity and water-resistant, mechanical strength of latex film were investigated. The results showed that the modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion has excellent comprehensive property, and introduction of PDMS side chain in the waterborne polyurethane backbone led the water absorption ratio of the latex film to notably decrease.
