摘要: 采用环氧树脂E-51与二乙醇胺反应合成与环氧树脂分子结构匹配的高分子离子型乳化剂,并利用不同的成盐方式测定其乳化性能。采用相反转法制备出水性环氧乳液。采用溴代乙烷成盐,醋酸调整pH≈5.6合成得到季铵盐型离子表面活性剂。采用高速分散相反转技术制备的环氧乳液,粒径大小在200 nm左右。

Abstract: A high molecular weight ionic emulsifiers were synthesized by epoxy resin and diethanolamine. Emulsification ability was detemined by using different salifying methods. Bromoethane was used to prepare quaternary ammonium salt. Acetic acid was used to adjust pH to 5.6 to obtain a quaterum salts of ionic surfactant. The waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by the phase-inversion technique with high-speed dispersion. The emulsion particle size is about 200 nm.
