无铬环保磷酸盐基高温防腐涂料

摘要: 以水溶性聚磷酸盐为主要成膜物,CuO为固化剂,采用无铬系缓蚀技术,添加不同种类的反应性、功能性填料以及不同熔点的金属粉末,制备了无铬环保磷酸盐基高温防腐涂料。研究了P2O5含量、CuO、无铬缓蚀剂HJ、功能性填料以及金属粉末对无铬环保磷酸盐基高温防腐涂料性能的影响。结果表明,涂层的粘接强度高,可长期耐900℃以上温度,并具有优异的防腐蚀、耐热震等性能;无铬系缓释技术的应用,解决了Cr6+的污染问题,适应现代工业发展对环境保护的要求。

Abstract: Using water-soluble polyphosphate as main binder and CuO as curing agent, a chromium-free environmental friendly phosphate-based high temperature anticorrosion coating was prepared by chromium-free inhibiting technology and adding different reactive and functional fillers and metal powders with different melting point. The effects of content of P2O5, CuO, chromium-free inhibitor HJ, functional fillers and metal powders on the main performance of the coatings was studied. The results showed that the coatings can provide high adhesive strength and excellent temperature resistance over 900 ℃ for long time, meanwhile, the coating also showed excellent anti-corrosion and thermal shock resistance. Application of chromium-free inhibiting technology solved the environment pollution problem of chromium(Ⅵ) and satisfied the requirement of modern industry's development for environmental protection.
