摘要: 合成了水性紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯和另外一种环氧乳液,将这2种乳液按一定比例进行复配,得到了紫外光-热双重固化乳液,并研究讨论了该乳液固化成膜的最佳工艺条件。当2种乳液按4∶1比例混合,在光引发剂的作用下经光-热双重固化成膜后,其膜硬度可达到3H,耐水性为48 h无泛白起皱,附着力为0级,耐乙醇擦拭58次不破膜。

Abstract: Waterborne Uv-curable epoxy acrylate emulsion and epoxy emulsion were synthesized. UV and heat dually curable emulsion was prepared by blending at a certain rato. The optimal curing process was studied. The two emulsions were blended at 1: 4 ratio, and cured by UV-heat dual curing under initiation of photoinitiator. The performance of this dual curable emulsion is hardness 3H. water resistance 48 h. adhesion 0 grade. ethanol-resistant 58 times of rub without film breaking.
