纳米二氧化钛分散性能与光催化活性研究

摘要: 选用不同类型的分散剂对纳米二氧化钛粉体在水中分散性能进行研究,探讨了分散剂的种类、用量、pH 及分散方式等对分散性能的影响,实验表明 pH=8时以 1%H5040和 1%六偏磷酸钠(SH)双组分为分散剂,先高速分散后超声分散效果较好。通过与市售国产和进口样品对比,发现自制分散剂光催化性能已达到国内外先进水平。该分散剂具有良好的光催化持续性能,重复 5次降解亚甲基蓝溶液后降解液仍为乳白色;同时还具有高的二氧化氮降解功能,15min降解率达 96%以上。还探讨了添加剂对纳米二氧化钛光催化性能的影响,加入 10%过硫酸钾可以明显提高光催化效率。

Abstract: The dispersibility of nano-TiO2 in water was studied by use of various dispersants. The infence of sorts and amount of dispersants, pH value and dispersing methods on dispersing effect was discussed of was found that when pH =8, H5040 1% and sodium hexametaphosphate 1% as dispersant and dispersed ultrasonically after high speed dispersing a good dispersing effect can be obyained. The self made TiO2 slurry showed a better photocatalytie activity than domestic and imperted sample.This slurry still could provide good photocatalytie effect after decomposing solution of methylene blue five times, as well as a good performance in decomposing NO2, decomposing effectveness up to 96% after 15 minutes. The effect of the additive on photocatalytic activity of nano TiO2 was also discussed,the result showed 10% potassium peroxydisulfate could enhance the photocalatytic activity obviously.
