纳米SiO2分散稳定性能研究

摘要: 通过使用沉降性能检测结合 SEM、TEM分散形貌观察的方法,对目前应用最广泛的不同种类纳米 SiO2在有机溶剂中的分散性能进行了研究,发现不同表面处理方法制备的纳米 SiO2的分散性能受分散剂种类和添加量的影响较大,并确定了各种纳米 SiO2的最佳分散剂配合体系和用量配比。

Abstract: Sedimentation performance measurement and dispersion morphology observation through SEM,TEM were employed to study the dispersion behavior of three different kinds of most extensively applied nano SiO2 in organic solvent. It was found that the dispersing properties of nano-SiO2 with different types and surface treatments were greatly influenced by the type and addition of dispersant. Finally the most optimum dispersant and addition for every kind of nano-SiO2 dispersing system were determined.
