摘要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和纤维素乙酸丁酸酯(CAB)为原料,制备了可 UV固化的CAB改性物。比较了改性前后 CAB涂层的性能差别,研究了活性单体用量对改性产物涂膜性能的影响。实验表明:改性 CAB涂层的硬度、耐磨性、耐水性和耐溶剂性有了较大提高。用改性 CAB配成涂料,涂层的光泽 138、硬度 4H、附着力 1级、耐水性 72h、耐溶剂性良好。

Abstract: The UV curable modified cellulose acetate-butyrate was synthesized by using isocyanate ( IP-DI), hydoxyl ethyl methacrylate and cellulose acetate-butyrate as raw materials The difference of proper-ties between CAB and UV curable modified CAB were compared and the effects of different active monomers and their amount on property of UV curable CAB film were discussed. It was shown that the hardness,abra-sion resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance of the film based on modified CAB were improved.The properties of coatings with modified CAB were as follows: gloss 138, hardness 4H, adhesion grade 1, water resistance 72 hours and good solvent resistance.
