自交联型丙烯酸酯微乳液的研制

摘要: 采用反应型乳化剂和阴非离子型乳化剂进行复配,以过硫酸钾作为热引发剂,通过半连续种子乳液聚合法制得了性能优异的自交联型丙烯酸酯微乳液。研究发现混合乳化剂用量占单体总量3%(其中种子阶段的乳化剂用量为 2.5%)、丙烯酸用量 2%、电解质用量 0.15%、引发剂用量 0.3%(其中种子阶段的引发剂用量为 0.225%),中和率在 70% ~75%时,微乳液固含量高(47.5%)、粒径小(<70nm)、凝胶量低且漆膜光泽高。

Abstract: An excellent self-crosslinking acrylate microemulsion was prepared by semicontinuous seed emulsion polymerization, in which heat initiator K2S2Og and compound surfactants of reactive emulsifier and anionic-nonionic emulsifiers were used. It was found that a 47. 5%o solid content microemulsion with aver- age particle size <70 nm can be obtained when 3%o surfactants(. 5%o surfactants in seed polymerization process), 2% acrylic acid, 0. 15% electrolyte0.3% initiator(0.225% initiator in seed polymerization process)and 70%~75%o neutralization degree were used.
