摘要: 采用液相共沉法制备了体积电阻率在 50Ω·cm以下的掺杂碳纳米管(CNTs)的复合导电云母粉。研究了 pH值、SnO-Sb包覆率,Sn/Sb掺杂比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间,以及 CNTs掺杂量对粉体体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,在达到相同导电性能的情况下,掺杂 0.2%以下的 CNTs可降低 SnO -Sb包覆量 50%,导电云母粉完全能满足制备浅色导静电涂料的要求。

Abstract:

Composite carbon nanotubes (CNTs)doped conductive mica powder with volume resistivity below 50 0. cm has been prepared by a quid coprecipitation process. The ettect of preparation conditions such as pH value, the coat ratio of SnO2 -Sb203, dopant ratio of Sn/Sb, calcination temperature and time,the doped amount of CNTs, on the volume resistivity of composite powder were studied. The results indicated that under the same conductivity characteris, the less than 2%00 of CNTs can reduce 50% of the coating content of Sno2 -Sb2 03. The conductive mica powder was completely satisfied with the regirements for bright conductive paints.
