聚苯乙烯 -SiO2杂化材料的合成与表征

摘要: 以苯乙烯(ST)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,丙烯酸 -β-羟丙酯(β-HPA)为交联剂,乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了聚苯乙烯 -SiO2杂化材料。通过 FT-IR、SEM、TG-DTA、溶剂抽提等方法对杂化材料进行了测试。结果表明:聚苯乙烯通过 β-HPA接枝到SiO2上,杂化材料具有良好的热稳定性和耐溶剂性能,杂化材料的溶胶分数随着水量和 pH值的增加而增加。

Abstract: The title PS-SiO2 hybrid material was prepared from tetra-ethoxysilane (TEOS), styrene(ST) by sol-gel process, using ethanol as solvent and B-hydroxypropyl acrylate(B-HPA) as acrosslinking agent. The hybrid material was characterized by IR, SEM, TG-DTA and solvent extraction.The results indicated that polystyrene was linked to SiO2, by B-HPA, and the hybrid material showed good ther-mal stability and solvent resistance, the sol fraction of the hybrid material was increased with the increasing of the amount of H2O and pH value.
