聚丙烯酸酯-ZnO杂化材料的光催化性能研究

Study on Photocatalytic Property of Polyacrylate-zno Hybrid Materials

摘要: 为了提高纳米ZnO的光催化性能,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丙烯酸酯-ZnO杂化材料,对其光催化性能进行了研究,采用FT-IR、TG-DTG对杂化材料进行了测试。结果表明:杂化材料的光催化性能优于纳米ZnO,降解率可达92.31%,随着ZnO含量增加,杂化材料的光催化性能先增加而后下降。杂化材料具有良好的重复使用性能。FT-IR分析表明在杂化材料中聚丙烯酸酯通过羧酸盐键与纳米ZnO发生杂化。UV-Vis分析表明甲基橙降解较完全。TG-DTG分析表明,杂化材料具有优良的热稳定性,杂化材料的热分解温度可达408℃。

Abstract: In order to improve the photocatalytic property of nano ZnO, a polyacrylate-ZnO hybrid material was prepared by solution-blending method, The photocatalytic properties of the hybrid materials were studied, The hybrid material was characterized by use of FT-IR and TG-DTG. The results showed that the photocatalytic property of the hybrid material was better than nano Zno, with a degradation rate of 92. 31%.As the increase of the content of ZnO,the photocatalytic property of the hybrid material was improved first then decreased. The hybrid material provided a good reusability. FT-IR analysis showed that polyacrylate was hybridized with nano Zno via the bond of carboxylate. Uv-vis showed that methyl orange was degraded completely. TG-DTG showed that the hybrid material has good thermal stability, with a thermal decom position temperature up to 408℃.
