短油度水分散性醇酸树脂的合成工艺研究

Study on Synthesis of Waterborne Short-Oil Alkyd Resin

摘要: 采用熔融酯化成盐法合成短油度水分散性醇酸树脂,通过考察使用不同的脂肪酸,中和剂三乙胺加入量及顺丁烯二甲酸酐的加入量等因素得出短油度水性醇酸树脂的优化配方。实验结果表明,油度为 40%,醇超量 r为25%的醇酸树脂,采用三乙胺做中和剂,其加入量为计算量的 110%,用顺丁烯二甲酸酐改性树脂主链,顺丁烯二甲酸酐在二元酸中的比例为 4% ~6%时的树脂综合性能较好。

Abstract: The title waterborne short length alkyd resin was prepared through melting esterifaction and salified method. The influence of varieties of fatly acid, amount of triethylamine and maleic anhydride on the water dispersibility of resin and coating properties were studied. The experimental results showed that the best performances of resin with its oil length of 40% could be obtained when r=25%0, the optimal a-mount of triethylamine 110%o of the calculated value, and the amount of maleic anhydride 4%~6% of thetotal amount of dibasic acid.
