摘要: 研究了硼酚醛树脂、六次甲基四胺、硅酸铝等对丙烯酸树脂防火性能的影响,并对火烧后的残炭进行了显微分析。结果表明,硼酚醛树脂能显著提高丙烯酸树脂的防火性能,硅酸铝、六次甲基四胺有良好的协效作用;当m(丙烯酸树脂):m(硼酚醛树脂)为50:50,硅酸铝7%,六次甲基四胺2%时,耐燃时间为39 min,峰值热释放速率(peakHRR)下降到57.69 kW/m2 ,0~500 s平均失质量率下降到22%,点燃时间(TTI)延长到218 s, 800 ℃时残炭率为45%;火烧后形成了表面为致密网状、断面为微细泡孔状的炭层结构。

Abstract:
The effect of boron- modifed phenolic resin, hexamethylene tetramine and aluminum silicate on fireproofing performance of acrylic resin was studied, and the residual char structure after burnning was analyzed with microscope. The result showed that boron-modified phenolic resin can improve the fireproofing property of acrylic resin significantly, hexamethylene tetramine and aluminum silicate have synergistic effect. When m(acrylic resin): m(boron-modified phenolic resin)is 50: 50, aluminum silicate 7%, and hexamethylene tetramine is 2%, the fire retardant time of modified resin is 39 min, peak heat release rate peak HRR )was reduced down to 57. 69 kW/m2 ,0-500 s the mean mass loss percentage falled to 22%, time to ignition(TTI)postponed to 218 s, and residual char formation was resin was 45% at 800℃. The modified resin can form char layer with dense reticulation structure on the surface and fine porous structure inside after burnning.
