摘要: 将纳米ATO粉体分散于溶剂中制备成纳米ATO导电涂料。通过黏度测定和沉降实验,讨论了分散剂种类、pH等参数对制备浆料的影响,进行优化筛选。经粒径分布测定及扫描电镜观察,最终制得分散稳定性较好的纳米ATO浆料。

Abstract: Nano ATO conductive powders were dispersed in solvents to prepare nano-sized ATO conductive slurry. By viscosity measurement and sedimentation experiment, the influences of those parameters such as the type of dispersant and pH on the preparation of ATO slurry were discussed. The influencing factors were optimized. By particle size distribution measurement and SEM observation, ATO slurry with good dispersability and stability was finally obtained.
