摘要: 研究了两种改性磷酸锌(磷酸铁锌、磷钼酸锌)的防腐性能,并与普通磷酸锌、铬酸锌的防腐性能进行对比。首先,采用电化学方法分析了防锈颜料提取液的防锈性能,结果表明磷钼酸锌的防锈性能优于普通磷酸锌,而磷酸铁锌的防腐性能反而不如普通磷酸锌,而磷酸系颜料的防锈性能均不如铬酸锌。其次,通过盐水浸泡和盐雾实验对几种防锈颜料在环氧涂层中的防腐性能进行了研究。盐水浸泡过程中的电化学阻抗谱表明磷酸铁锌能显著提高涂层的屏蔽作用,而通过涂层划痕后进行ASTM B—117实验发现磷酸铁锌能显著提高涂层与金属界面的附着力和涂层的屏蔽作用,而磷钼酸锌能提高涂层的耐锈蚀能力。从实验结果可以看出两种改性磷酸锌防锈颜料均可在实际应用中代替铬酸盐用于防腐涂料中。

Abstract: The anticorrosive behavior of zinc iron phosphate(ZIP) and zinc phosphomolybdate(ZPM) was investigated, which were compared with coventional zinc phosphate(ZP)and zinc chromate(ZC). First, the antirust property of these pigments in their extract state was analyzed by using electrochemical techniques. The results indicated that ZPM extract provided better passivating effect than ZP and the ZIP extract showed loss passivating effect than ZP, and the passivating effect of phosphate pigment was somewhat weaker than C. The effects of the pigments on the anticorrosive performance of epoxy coatings were also evaluated by immersion tests in 3. 5% NaCl solutions and accelerated tests in B-117 salt spray chamber.The EIS during immersion revealed that zinc iron phosphate pigment improved the anticorrosive performance of epoxy coatings significantly through its barrier effect. B-117 salt spray of coatings with crossing indicated that ZIP pigment increased the barrier effect and the adhesion between coatings and substrates, and ZPM showed excellent property of antirust. All the experimental results supported that both ZIP and ZPM could be used as practical alternatives to chromates in the formulation of protective paints.
