高光喷墨打印纸涂料的涂层结构与打印质量

摘要: 研究了几种不同的高光喷墨打印纸涂料结构。 用聚酯薄膜作涂层基材, 用 BET方法对涂料进行表面积分析, 结果表明:BET表面积增大时, 打印墨点减小。 涂层平均孔隙增大后, 打印墨点变得更圆。但是 BET表面积与打印油墨密度没有体现相关性。

Abstract: The present paper studied the structure of several coatings for glossyink-jet printing paper.The coatings surface was analyzed with BET method on Mylar substrate.It is found that coatingswith higher BET surface area presents smallerink do size.Increasing average pore size of coatings film has atrend of makingink do tmoreround. But BET surface area doesn't show any correla tion withink density.
