摘要: 采用水溶性环氧树脂对纳米 SiO2进行化学改性, 有效改善了纳米 SiO2的表面性能。通过原位聚合法和共混法制备纳米 SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液, 发现纳米 SiO2的加入明显改善了涂膜的硬度、附着力、拉伸强度和耐候性,原位聚合法制备的复合乳液综合性能优于共混法。

Abstract: The surface properties of nano- SiO2 was successfully improved by use ofwater- soluble epoxide resin as amodifier.Nano- SiO2 /polyacry late composite latex was prepared by in- situemulsion copolymerization and blend ing process.Itwas found that the hardness,adhesion,elongation strength and weatherability of the composite latex were sign ificantly improved by addition of nano- SiO2.The comprehensive properties of the composite latex made by in- situ emulsion copolymerization were superior to that of blending process.
