摘要: 针对目前高分子抗静电材料制备过程中, 存在因氧化锌晶须电阻率较高导致的氧化锌晶须添加量过大和抗静电效果较差等问题, 采用新的铝掺杂方法, 显著地降低了氧化锌晶须的本体电阻率, 研究了铝掺杂对氧化锌晶须电阻率的影响。 含 20%掺量的氧化铝使氧化锌晶须的表面电阻率从 107~ 108 Ψ cm 降低到 1. 6×106 Ψ cm, 体积电阻率从 108~ 109 Ψ cm 降低到 7. 1 ×105 Ψ cm;进一步研究了铝掺杂氧化锌晶须对聚氨酯涂料抗静电性能的影响,铝掺杂氧化锌晶须的添加量为 8%, 涂层的表面电阻率降低到 2. 4 ×107 Ψ cm。 铝掺杂氧化锌晶须可替代氧化锌晶须作为抗静电高分子复合材料的白色导电添加剂。

Abstract: The higher electrical resistance of the zincoxidewhiskerswill cause highe rcontent of the zincoxidew hiskers and insufficient an tistatic properties of coa tings in the processing of antistatic polymer materia.l In the presen t paper, a new blend ingme thod has been deve loped to decrease the surface and vo lumeresistance of the zinc oxide whiskers. The influence of Al - blending on the resistance of zincoxide whiskers was studied.The resu lts show s the low est resistance of theA l - blend ing zinc oxide whiske rs can be ob tained by means of using zincoxide whiskers blended with 20% Al2O3. The volume resistivity of the zincoxidewhiskers is decreased obviously from 107~ 108 Ψ to 1.6 ×106 Ψand vo lume resistance from 108~ 109 Ψcm to 7.1 ×105 Ψ cm. In addition,the influence of A l - blended zinc oxide whiskers on the an tistaticproperties of PU coatingswas also studied.When the weigh to fA l -doping zincoxide whiskers in PU coatings is about 8%,the volume resistiv ity of the PU coating s is decreased to 2. 4 ×107Ψ. A l - dop ing zincox ide whiskers can be used as a white conductive additive of an tistatic polymer composites.
