聚氨酯防腐涂料的改性及其性能研究进展

摘要: 在众多的材料防腐策略中,简单、有效、性价比高的方法就是通过防腐涂料来进行防护。聚氨酯涂料由于其优异的防腐性能被广泛应用于材料的腐蚀防护。 随着应用领域和服役环境日益苛刻,需要对聚氨酯涂料进行改性来进一步提高它的防腐性能。本文根据改性剂的不同对聚氨酯防腐涂料的改性方法进行分类和总结,主要可分为三大类:有机化合物改性、纳米材料改性和复合改性;并重点归纳和评述了其研究现状;最后展望了其未来的发展趋势。

Abstract: Among numerous material protection strategies, the simplest and most cost-ef- fective one is the formation of the anticorrosive coatings on the substrate surface.Polyurethane coatings have been widely used in corrosion protection of materials due to its excellent anticor-rosive performance. With the increasing rigorous demand on applications, polyurethane coatings need to be modified to further improve its anticorrosive performance. This article clas-sifies and summarizes modification methods of polyurethane anticorrosive coatings, including organic compounds modification, nanomaterials modification and composite modification.Meanwhile, the present status is summarized in detail. Finally, the trend of the anticorrosive coatings is also given.
