共享单车防粘氟碳聚氨酯醇酸涂料的制备与性能研究

摘要: 为开发一种共享单车金属表面涂装的防粘涂料,采用脂肪族二异氰酸酯与全氟己基乙基醇和蓖麻油酸反应,制备了氟碳支链氨酯油助剂,加入普通醇酸涂料中配制氟碳聚氨酯醇酸涂料。通过漆膜基本性能测试确定氟碳支链氨酯油助剂的合理添加量,测试漆膜吸水率、吸油率以及紫外线照射、酸性物质浸泡后的水和十六烷接触角验证升级后的漆膜疏水疏油性能,并通过不干胶纸张测试漆膜的防粘性。结果表明:适量添加氟碳支链氨酯油助剂能够使自行车架罩面漆具有较好的基本性能和疏水疏油性能,加入适量的干性亚麻仁油可进一步提高漆膜防粘性能。

Abstract: This paper reported an anti-adhesive coating for metal surface of shared bicycles,so that the self-adhesive advertisement could be easily removed or naturally peeled off. Fluorocarbon branched chain urethane oil additive was prepared using aliphaticdiisocyanate,perfluorohexyl ethyl alcohol,and ricinoleic acid. The additive was added to alkydcoating to make fluorocarbon polyurethane alkyd coatings. The appropriate adding amount ofthe additive to the alkyd coating was determined through the basic property test of the resultcoating. The water absorption and oil absorption of the coating were tested. And we also testedthe contact angle of hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of the coating in the initial state,after UV irradiation,and after acid immersion. The effect of anti-adhesive for the coating wasdetermined. The results showed that adding an appropriate amount of fluorocarbon branchedchain urethane oil additive could improve the basic performance and hydrophobicity andoleophobicity of the coating for metal surface of shared bicycles. And adding an appropriateamount of linseed oil could improve the anti-adhesive for the coating.
