摘要: 以三氟丙基三甲基环三硅氧烷( D3F)和八甲基环四硅氧烷( D4)为聚合单体,四甲基二氢二硅氧烷为封端剂,采用阳离子开环聚合制备了活性含氟聚硅氧烷。通过硅氢加成将乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷接在聚硅氧烷链末端,制得单组分离型剂。探究了聚合时间、聚合温度、催化剂用量、封端剂用量以及单体比例对离型剂性能的影响。通过红外光谱与核磁共振氢谱对共聚物结构进行表征;通过热重分析法测试共聚物热稳定性;通过凝胶渗透色谱测试产物的相对分子质量及其分布;以水接触角和剥离测试表征产物的离型性能。结果表明:当 n(D3F)∶n(D4)=7∶3,聚合温度为 75 ℃,聚合时间 8h,催化剂用量为 5%,封端剂用量为 2%时制备的离型剂性能优异,接触角可达 114. 5°,剥离强度为 0. 188×10-3 N/cm,具有良好的疏水性和剥离性能。

Abstract: In this paper,active fluorinated polysiloxane was prepare by cationic ring-opening polymerization using trifluoropropylcyclotrisiloxane(D3F)and octamethylcyclotetrasi. loxane(D4)as polymerization monomers,and tetramethyldihydrodisiloxane as capping agent.Then vinyl trimethoxy silane was connected to the end of polysiloxane chain throughhydrosilylation to obtain the one-component release agent. The effects of polymerization timeand temperature,amount of catalyst and capping agent,and monomer ratio on the performanceof release agent were investigated. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR,the thermal stability was tested by TGA,the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were measured by GPC,and the release properties was characterizedthrough water contact angle and peel force. The results showed that,when the ratio of D3F and D4 was 7∶3,polymerization temperature was 75 ℃,polymerization time was 8 h,catalyst dosage was 5% and capping agent dosage was 2%,the prepared release agent had excellent performance with contact angle of 114. 5° and peel strength of 0. 188×10-3 N/cm,showing good hydrophobicity and stripping performance.
