Abstract: According to the test method of the water permeability of synthetic resinemulsion coatings for exterior wall,which was specified in the national standard GB/T 9755— 2014“Synthetic Resin Emulsion Coatings for Exterior Wall”,the influential factors of the substrate on the water permeability test were studied and analyzed. By comparing the waterpermeability test results of non-asbestos fiber cement sheet from different manufacturers,the results showed that the performance parameters of the test sheet had an impact on the waterpermeability of the empty board and the coating. Test the changes in the water permeability ofthe coating film after adding different putty layers to the sheet,and the results showed that the putty layer had an impact on the water permeability of the coating film. Compared theinfluence of large-capacity funnel and national standard test funnel on the water permeability.The results showed that large-capacity funnel had a shielding effect on the substratedifferences in the water permeability test.

摘要: 根据国标 GB/T 9755—2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》中规定的合成树脂乳液外墙涂料透水性的测试方法,研究分析基材对透水性测试的影响因素。对比了不同生产厂商的无石棉纤维水泥平板的透水性。结果表明:试验板材的性能参数对空板透水性以及涂膜透水性的测试结果均有影响。测试试验板材上增加不同的腻子层后涂膜透水性发生变化,表明腻子层对涂膜透水性有影响。对比大容量漏斗与国标透水性测试漏斗对透水性的影响,发现大容量漏斗在透水性测试中对基材差异的影响具有屏蔽作用。
