用于玻纤织物涂层的丙烯酸酯乳液研究进展

Abstract: Glass fiber and its fabrics have been widely used in various fields due to their unique properties,especially in the fields of construction and transportation industry. Coated glass fiber fabrics with latex could improve its strength,flexural strength,alkali resistance,and
bonding performance,etc.In this paper,the most commonly used acrylate latex for glass fiber coatings was reviewed. First,the polymerization mechanism of acrylate latex was summarized, including interpenetrating polymer network(IPN),grafting and ionic bonding;and their preparation technologies,including batch method,semi-continuous method and equilibrium swelling method.Then,several modification methods of acrylate latex commonly used forglass fiber fabric coatings,such as nanoparticles,organosilicone and organic fluorine,were reviewed,and the mechanism and effects of modification on acrylate latex for coatings were also described.Finally,according to the research of coatings technology for glass fiber fabrics,the existed problems and development prospects were expected.

摘要: 玻璃纤维及其织物由于具有独特的性能而被广泛地应用于各个领域,尤其是在建筑与交通领域。对玻纤织物进行乳液涂层处理,可以提高织物的强度、抗折性、耐碱性、粘结性等性能。本文针对玻纤织物涂层最常用的丙烯酸酯乳液的研究进行综述。首先,总结了丙烯酸酯乳液制备的聚合机理,包括互穿聚合物网络( IPN)、接枝、离子键合;并且归纳了其制备工艺技术,包括间歇法、半连续法、平衡溶胀法。然后,综述了纳米粒子、有机硅等几种常用于玻纤织物涂层的丙烯酸酯乳液的改性方法,并且阐述了它们对于丙烯酸酯涂层乳液的改性机理和改性效果。最后,根据玻纤织物涂层处理技术的研究现状,提出了目前仍存在的问题和发展前景。
