Preparation and Properties of N-Alkylated Polycaprolactone Hyperdispersants

N-烷基化聚己内酯型超分散剂的制备与研究

Abstract:

A novel hyperdispersant is prepared by a ring-opening reaction of caprolactone and N,N-dimethyl-1,3—propanediamine at the presence of zinc acetate. The optimal condition of ring-opening reaction is obtained by the orthogonal design as follows: the mol ratio of caprolactone and N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine is 11∶1,the reaction temperature is 160 ℃, the reaction time is 8 h, and the zinc acetate accounts for 0.3% of the total mass of the reaction system. The color, tinting strength, fineness, viscosity and gloss of the ink based on the prepared hyperdispersant are within the standard range, indicating that the hyperdispersant has a good dispersion effect.

摘要:

采用己内酯与N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料,选择乙酸锌作为催化剂,通过开环反应合成一种新型的超分散剂。利用四因素三水平正交试验法L9(3 4),得到最佳聚合条件:己内酯和N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺的物质的量比为11∶1,乙酸锌用量占反应体系总质量的0.3%,聚合时间8 h,聚合温度160 ℃。将其应用于油墨中,油墨的颜色、着色力、细度、黏度和光泽均在标准范围之内,具有很好的分散效果。
