Abstract:
A kind of 1K waterborne wood coating with good initial moisture resistance has been prepared. The effects of emulsion, film-forming agents, matting agent and touch-feeling agent on film properties have been investigated. The results show that the prepared wood coating has better initial moisture resistance when using acrylic emulsion, combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic film-forming agents, modified polymer matting agent and silicone-based touch-feeling agent. The prepared coating is applicable to some special areas such as the door of bathroom and shows a good practical application.

摘要:
开发了一种早期耐水汽性良好的单组分水性木器涂料,讨论了乳液的选择、成膜助剂的复配以及消光剂、手感助剂的选择搭配对涂料性能的影响。实验发现:以丙烯酸乳液、亲水型和憎水型搭配的成膜助剂组合、微粉化有机改性聚合物消光剂与有机硅类型的手感助剂制备的水性木器涂料涂膜具有较好的早期耐水汽性。该涂料产品适用于家庭涂装市场中消费者对浴室门等一些特殊部位的涂装应用场合,并已取得良好效果。
