Abstract: The IPP for European style vehicle is introduced. Taking the waterborne aluminum paint as example, the effects of film thickness, flash off time, prebaking condition and spraying parameters on color and appearance of the cured film are investigated. Thus, the recommended range of the film thickness of basecoat and clear coat is provided. In addition, some key parameters affecting the aluminum orientation and the appearance and color of the waterborne aluminum paint were studied.

摘要： 介绍了欧系整车厂中流行的免中涂涂装工艺（IPP），并以水性铝粉漆为例，讨论了各涂层膜厚、色漆闪干时间、预烘烤条件、喷涂参数对颜色和外观的影响，推荐了色漆和清漆的施工膜厚范围，研究了上述施工参数对铝粉定向排列的影响以及水性铝粉漆的颜色和外观特性。
